1. Introduction & Definitions

Acesuper (https://acesuper.im) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and acesuper.

The following are definitions of key terms used in this document:

• "Account" refers to a member's personal gaming account.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a member's account balance.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with acesuper, the following conditions must be met. It is each member's own responsibility to ensure these conditions are fulfilled.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with acesuper. Registration by minors is not permitted. acesuper reserves the right to request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Accounts registered with a false age will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

One Account Only

Each member may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our rules. Creating more than one account using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any false information is given regarding your name, date of birth, phone number, or payment details, acesuper reserves the right to close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact acesuper support immediately. Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it is strictly prohibited.

3. Financial Transactions – Deposits & Withdrawals

Acesuper supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted securely and transparently.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 24 hours, and within 1 hour for VIP members.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Acesuper reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal request.

KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, acesuper may request the following documents: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Acesuper offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for acesuper's welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses not used within the specified period from the date of issuance will be forfeited.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Acesuper reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Acesuper reserves the right to close accounts found to be abusing the bonus system.

5. Betting Rules

All betting activity on acesuper is governed by specific rules. Following these rules ensures a dispute-free experience.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds may change during live betting, and this is completely normal.
• Acesuper reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by acesuper.

Result Determination

All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant game or event. In the event of any dispute, acesuper's decision shall be considered final. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.

Multiple Bets & Parlays

Acesuper offers parlay betting. To win a parlay, all selections must be correct — a single incorrect selection results in the entire bet being lost. The maximum number of selections allowed per parlay is specified in each game's guidelines.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acesuper platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Any form of fraud, match-fixing, or attempt to hack the system.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Processing transactions through a third party's account.
• Any activity that damages or undermines the reputation of acesuper.
• Harassment or misconduct toward other members.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Acesuper reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If the member submits a request to close their own account.

If an account is closed, the handling of the member's balance depends on the circumstances. Balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a rule violation. For voluntary closures, any available balance is generally refunded.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
